Done While oCing, but the session ended suddenly when my buddy got booted out DX So that's why it's just a head shot; I didn't really want to go any further without her. So I just started colouring instead. There's blood but that's not filter worthy as long as it's not hers, right? XD
I've always really liked Annette (i've always really liked everybody). Never taking Mother of the Year, but I never held it against her XD When people say that Annette never really did anything in the game, I'm always left confused. Annette tells Claire and Ada what's going on, she's the one with the G-Virus and the know-how on "curing" Sherry. She blows off Leon's shoulder and gets Ada 'killed' XD She's the only character in the game that actually knows what's going on. Resident Evil 2 without her seems suddenly extra confusing and hallow.  She looks so awesome, dude~ Even with the super tired eyes and the blood everywhere she still looks really sexy. :3
I will critique this, just not yet. I'm feeling very brain dead tonight, so I don't think it will be coherent. The shadows under her eyes was one of the main reasons I drew the pic. I had so many Heroine Chic pictures open for this XD And the blood! It took me forever to remember to do the blood and with my main Guru's comp down she couldn't help XD It was SO HARD but I managed to get through it SOMEHOW.

Critiques
However, I'm not so sure that it fits entirely well with the overall simplicity of the piece. The blood splatters and her vivid eyes are very attention-grabbing, but everything else is so dull by comparison. I know she has a pale complexion, and there is only so much you can do with blonde hair, but still, it's worth noting.
I think if this had had a background you would have had more liberty with your colors, throwing in pieces of whatever was back there; If you had put, say, her lab behind her, you could have used purples, blues, greens, and maybe even some red in your colors, livening it up a bit.
...but what am I talking about? It's my fault you had to finish up sooner. XD; So really, you did lovely with the limits you gave yourself. I guess what my critique really boils down to is that I love the line work and the coloring isn't bad at all, I just feel like the image could have been expanded. The same could be said about...just about anything in my gallery, but hey, this would be a pretty boring critique if I said "looks good lol", don't you think?
